What to Expect From Your Home Inspection
A step-by-step look at the Lock Home Inspections process.
During Your Home Inspection
Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Lock Home Inspections provides professional, high-quality service from the moment you call. Your certified home inspector will walk through the home with you and explain as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.
After Your Home Inspection
After we walk through the home together, we’ll review the general condition of the home and its systems with you and your agent. We’ll discuss any major issues that should be addressed sooner rather than later, along with items to keep an eye on for future maintenance. Everything is documented in our easy-to-read Spectora report, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format with photos of each item we discussed.
